I Blame my Foolhardy Nature
If you checked our “About Us” information on the search bar, you noticed that I am a perpetual juvenile. (Just look at the products we take pride in selling.) If given the choice between seeing elite PGA players currently in Scotland at the prestigious Scottish Open or the celebrity tournament at the Edgewood Club in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, I would take the celebrity tournament every time. Yes, the players are miles apart in golf skills, but why would you miss a chance to see Travis Kelce make nods to music by Taylor Swift and his brother win the longest drive contest (well over 300 yards by the way). To be honest, the golfers from both venues play better than me and I go to be thoroughly entertained. I mean, you can watch a Scot hold a paddle in the air as a signal to be quiet or you can watch a sports phenom sign the belly of a pregnant spectator. You can watch Rory make a spectacular shot or you watch sports stars acting like they are having a complete blast just being at the event.
How about you? If the means to get to either event would not cause you any financial hardship, which venue would you choose? A. Lake Tahoe or B. The Edgewood Club in Berwick, Scotland?
